This is a sample policy for a demo marketplace. Replace it with your own before you open.
Who we are
This marketplace connects independent artists with buyers. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order history. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store your card details.
Why we use it
To process your orders, pass your delivery address to the artist who ships your order, answer your messages and, if you agree, send you our newsletter.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your account, or by writing to us through the contact page.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to run the site and, with your consent, measurement cookies to improve it.
